Hengdeli Expects Loss to Narrow 60% in 2025; Shares Slip 3%

MT Newswires Live03-16

Hengdeli (HKG:3389) expects to post a loss attributable to equity shareholders of not less than 26 million yuan for 2025, narrowing 60% from a loss of about 65.2 million yuan a year earlier, according to a March 13 Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the consumer goods retailer were down over 3% in Monday's late morning trade.

The anticipated reduction in loss was attributed to improved gross profit and gross margin, as well as foreign exchange gains from operating units due to exchange rate fluctuations.

The company said its final results are expected to be released in March.
