Huatai Securities (SHA:601688, HKG:6886) indirect unit Huatai International Finance issued two medium-term notes totaling $148 million under its existing $3 billion medium-term note program.
The issuance comprises 680 million yuan and $50 million notes to support business development and working capital, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Shares of the securities company were down 2% in recent trade on the Shanghai bourse and 1% on the Hong Kong bourse.
