Guangzhou Haige Communications (SHE:002465) issued 2 billion yuan in bonds with a three-year term, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The bonds have a coupon rate of 1.88% and are redeemable March 18, 2029.
CITIC Bank (HKG:0998, SHA:601998) is the bookkeeping manager and lead underwriter, while Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (HKG:1398, SHA:601398) and China Merchants Bank (HKG:3968, SHA:600036) are the joint lead underwriters.
Shares fell 1% during afternoon trading on Thursday.
