Concord Healthcare Group (HKG:2453) said it will provide new finance guarantees for its subsidiaries' borrowing needs, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.
Shares of the medical services firm fell nearly 4% in late morning trade Thursday.
The firm will guarantee up to 3.7 billion yuan in borrowings for a 12-month period.
