Star Asia Investment's Six-Month Net Income Slips 1.7%

Star Asia Investment's (TYO:3468) net income slipped 1.7% to 4.75 billion yen for the six months ended Jan. 31, from 4.83 billion yen in the preceding half-year period.

The REIT's net income per unit declined to 1,769 yen from 1,799 yen in the previous six-month period, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Wednesday.

Net sales rose 2.8% to 10.27 billion yen from 9.99 billion yen in the prior half-year period.

The REIT declared a cash distribution of 1,769 yen per share for the period, payable from April 17.

For the half-year period ending July 31, the company expects net income of 4.35 billion yen and operating revenue of 9.48 billion yen.

For the six months ending Jan. 31, 2027, the company expects net income of 4.37 billion yen and operating revenue of 9.62 billion yen.

Star Asia forecasts cash distributions per unit of 1,650 yen per share for the fiscal period ending July 31, 2026, and 1,660 yen per share for the period ending Jan. 31, 2027.
