China Aerospace International's 2025 Losses to Balloon

MT Newswires Live03-19

China Aerospace International (HKG:0031) expects to post a net loss of HK$270 million to HK$290 million for 2025, widening from HK$83.9 million a year earlier, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The deeper loss was mainly due to a decline in the fair value of investment properties amid the continued downturn in the commercial real estate leasing market in mainland China.

The company expects to release its annual results on March 26.
