Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Lists Medium-Term Notes Under $20-Billion Program

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (SHA:601398, HKG:1398) listed multi-currency medium-term notes under its existing $20 billion global medium-term note program, effective Tuesday.

The listings involve three separate tranches due 2029 issued by the bank's branches in Hong Kong, Luxembourg and London, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

The issuances include a $1 billion floating rate note from the Hong Kong branch, a 500-million-euro fixed-rate note with a 2.750% coupon from the Luxembourg branch and a 250-million-pound note with a 4.500% coupon from the London branch.

The notes have been listed on the Hong Kong bourse. Additionally, the bank has sought admission for the notes to trade on the Luxembourg and London bourses.
