Henderson Land Development (HKG:0012) will launch five units for sale at Eight Southpark in Hong Kong's Kowloon City on Thursday, The Standard reported Tuesday.

The units, which will be offered via tender, range from studios to one-bedroom layouts, the report said.

The developer also plans to offer more units beginning as early next week, The Standard reported.

Henderson Land has so far sold 271 units in the project, representing 87% of the total and raking in HK$1.42 billion.
