Leike Defense Tech to Dilute Stake in Aerospace Unit After RMB 41 Million Capital Injection; Shares Up 3%

Beijing Leike Defense Technology (SHE:002413) is set to reduce its stake in its subsidiary, Beijing Ligong Leike Aerospace Information Technology, following a capital injection from new investors, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Wednesday.

Company chairman Gao Lining, Leike Aerospace general manager Wang Changjie, and limited partner Kongtian Zhichuang will collectively inject 40.8 million yuan into the radar equipment maker.

This move will increase the subsidiary's total capital to 115.8 million yuan from the previous 75 million yuan.

After the capital increase, the company's stake in Ligong Leike will reduce to 64.75% from 100%.

Leike Defense's shares rose nearly 3% early Wednesday afternoon.
