Ichiyoshi Securities (TYO:8624) has reached a provisional decision to pay a final dividend of 58 yen per share for the fiscal year 2025, comprising a regular payout of 48 yen and a 10 yen commemorative dividend for the company's 75th anniversary.

The brokerage firm said the proposal, approved at a board meeting on March 18, applies to shareholders of record as of March 31, with a formal decision expected in late May, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Wednesday.

The regular dividend component reflects the company's policy of targeting a roughly 50% payout ratio based on consolidated earnings per share.

Combined with the interim dividend, the full-year payout totals 88 yen per share, significantly higher than the previous year's 34 yen, including the 20 yen annual commemorative bonus marking the anniversary.
