As the company expanded, it identified the need for a unified platform to support workforce planning and talent management at scale.\nWorkday’s solution introduces embedded artificial intelligence (AI) tools that allow Human Resources (HR) teams to automate processes and access workforce insights.\nBy automating tasks such as absence approvals and onboarding (including identity provisioning), manual errors are reduced and employee experience is improved.
