Mori Hills REIT Investment's (TYO:3234)net income edged up 0.5% to 6.12 billion yen for the six months ended Jan. 31 from 6.09 billion yen in the preceding half-year prior period.
The REIT's net income per unit increased to 3,247 yen from 3,202 yen the six months prior, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Tuesday.
Operating revenue gained 1.4% to 11.4 billion yen from 11.2 billion yen in the prior half-year period.
The company declared a dividend of 3,100 yen per unit for the fiscal period, payable from April 20.
For the 40th period ending July 31, the REIT expects net income of 5.81 billion yen and operating revenue of 11.2 billion yen.
For the 41st period ending Jan. 31, 2027, the REIT expects net income of 5.8 billion yen and operating revenue of 11.2 billion yen.
Mori Hills REIT forecasts dividends per unit of 3,100 yen for both the periods ending July 31, 2026, and Jan. 31, 2027.
