Victory Capital submits new bid for rival <a href="https://laohu8.com/S/JHG">Janus Henderson</a>
March 17 (Reuters) - Victory Capital VCTR.O on Tuesday submitted a new bid to acquire rival asset manager Janus Henderson JHG.N.
Under the revised proposal, San Antonio-based Victory is offering $40 in cash and 0.25 of its shares for each Janus share.
