Amazon sold 14.47 billion euros, or about $16.65 billion, worth of notes.
The tech conglomerate said Monday it collected net proceeds of about €14.45 billion from the offering.
The notes were issued pursuant to an indenture dated Nov. 29, 2012 with Wells Fargo Bank as trustee. A supplemental indenture was dated in April 2022, making Computershare Trust a successor trustee.
An officers' certificate dated Monday was issued to establish the terms of each series of the notes.
The notes sold include floating rate notes and notes with rates ranging from 2.8% to 4.85%. The notes sold were due as soon as 2028 and as far out as 2064.
