Bumble's Product Improvements Will Take Time to Boost Revenue -- Market Talk

Dow Jones03-17

1838 ET - Bumble's product improvements won't pay off immediately, Deutsche Bank analysts say in a note. The dating app company is infusing AI into the core experience of its platform and developing an AI-driven personal dating assistant called "Bee," both of which are central to its strategy, the analysts say. "While we do see these platform enhancements being beneficial to the ecosystem, we continue to believe it will likely take some time to translate into revenue upside," they say, forecasting Bumble's payers and revenue will continue to decline in the near term.
