SRM Energy (BOM:523222) said Raman Kumar Mallick has resigned as chief financial officer, effective March 16, according to a same-day filing on BSE.
Shares of the company rose 2% in Tuesday's trade.
The company said the resignation follows a change in management under a share purchase agreement between the seller, Spice Energy, and the acquirers, Umesh Narpatchand Sanghvi and Sapna Sanghvi.
