China Literature Has Room to Improve Intellectual-Property Monetization -- Market Talk
Dow Jones03-19
0439 GMT - China Literature has ample room to improve the monetization of its intellectual property and drive growth, say CGS International's Lei Yang and Charlotte Zhou in a note. They expect the rapid development of artificial-intelligence technology could facilitate short-drama and AI-comic-drama growth. The analysts raise their 2026-2027 adjusted net profit projections by 7.6%-15.3% to reflect higher-than-expected growth of its IP licensing and new business. CGSI raises its target price to HK$45.50 from HK$44.90 and retains its add rating. Shares are 2.25% lower at HK$28.64.(megan.cheah@wsj.com)
