CITIC Offshore Helicopter (SHE:000099) plans to sign a framework agreement with Huarong Financial Leasing, according to a Tuesday disclosure on the Shenzhen bourse.
The deal, which is valid until Dec. 31, 2027, will cover operating and finance lease services capped at 201.6 million yuan and 1 billion yuan, respectively, for the year.
In 2027, the threshold for the operating lease services will rise to 324 million yuan, but the finance lease services' limit will remain.
The aviation transportation and maintenance services company's shares fell 2% during the midday trade.
