SEALSQ (LAES) said Monday it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with several institutional investors to sell shares and warrants to raise gross proceeds of $125 million.
Shares of the company were down 18% as intraday trading volume jumped to over 28.6 million from a daily average of more than 7.7 million.
