Nsing Technologies (HKG:2701, SHE:300077) raised HK$943.9 million in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong.
The final offer price was set at HK$10.80 per H-share, according to a March 20 after-market filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The China-based integrated circuit design company offered 95 million H-shares in the global offering.
The Hong Kong public offer was 131.83 times subscribed, with a final allocation of 9.5 million shares, representing 10% of the total offering.
The international offering was 2.51 times subscribed, with a final allocation of 85.5 million shares, or 90% of the total offering.
Cornerstone investors, including Guohua Life Insurance, Harvest Oriental II SP, Ms. Christine Tai, Mr. An Jiangbo, and Sunwoda Treasury (Hong Kong), were allotted a combined 13.0 million shares, representing 13.6% of the global offering, according to the filing.
Nsing Technologies is scheduled to debut on the Hong Kong bourse on Monday, March 23.
