Earnings per share rose to 0.6990 yuan from 0.2691 yuan, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Operating revenue rose 48% year over year to 1.47 billion yuan from 998.9 million yuan.
Shares of the communication device manufacturer were up 3% in recent trade.
