Ten Pao's (HKG:1979) profit attributable to owners edged down to HK$380.6 million for 2025, from HK$383.9 million a year earlier, according to a March 20 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the switching power supply unit and charger manufacturer fell over 15% in Monday morning trade.
Earnings per share came in at HK$0.369, compared with HK$0.373 a year earlier.
Revenue rose 3.2% to HK$5.56 billion from HK$5.39 billion.
The board recommended a final dividend of HK$0.066 per share, payable to shareholders whose names appear on the register of members as of June 26.
