Bark (BARK) said late Monday it has carried out job cuts and other efficiency steps as part of cost-cutting efforts expected to generate up to $28 million in annual savings.
The pet products company said about $26 million of the savings will come from workforce and operating efficiencies across sales, marketing, and administrative functions, and about $2 million from a smaller office footprint.
Separately, the company said it may recover about $15 million in tariffs paid under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act after the US Supreme Court ruled the tariffs unauthorized.
