Gladstone Commercial (GOOD) said Monday it has named Arthur Cooper as chief executive, as David Gladstone steps down from the role, effective immediately.
Cooper will continue to serve as president, a role he has held since 2022, the company said.
Gladstone will remain as chairman of the board of Gladstone Commercial and as chairman, CEO, and president of Gladstone Management, the company said.
Gladstone Commercial added that it named John Sateri as chief investment officer.
