CMC Magnetics Sells Stake in Dynapack International for NT$362 Million; Shares Drop 9%

CMC Magnetics (TPE:3050) disposed of 1.1 million shares of Dynapack International Technology (TWO:3211) for NT$362 million, according to a Friday Taiwan Exchange filing.

CMC shares slumped about 9% in Monday's afternoon trade.

The shares were sold at an average price of NT$316.11 each between March 16 and March 20, the optical data storage media manufacturer said.

Following the sale, CMC Magnetics holds 568,000 shares of Dynapack, representing a 0.37% stake.

The transaction was made for portfolio management purposes, the company said.
