Soundwill (HKG:0878) posted a loss attributable to owners of HK$2.14 billion for 2025, narrowing from HK$2.49 billion a year earlier, according to a March 20 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the property leasing company were down over 5% in Monday late-morning trade.
Loss per share came in at HK$7.54, compared with a loss of HK$8.80 a year earlier.
Revenue declined to HK$358.2 million from HK$1.23 billion.
The board recommended a final dividend of HK$0.10 per share, payable on or about June 18 to shareholders whose names appear on the register of members on May 28.
