Victory Capital fires back at Peltz's Trian as Janus bidding war drags on
March 23 (Reuters) - Victory Capital VCTR.O on Monday fired back at Nelson Peltz's Trian over the firm's criticism of its latest $8.6 billion proposal for Janus HendersonJHG.N, saying the activist was making "efforts to blanket market with misinformation".
