Pexa Group (ASX:PXA) completed the remortgage implementation program between its Digital Completion UK subsidiary and the National Westminster Bank, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Initial digitized remortgage transactions for the bank will use the company's Optima Legal subsidiary as the conveyancer, pending adoption of the Pexa platform by additional UK conveyancers, the filing said.
The implementation program to allow the bank's sale and purchase transactions will soon be underway, per the filing.
Pexa Group's shares were up 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
