BYD Electronic (International) (HKG:0285) recorded an 18% decline in attributable profit in 2025 to 3.51 billion yuan from 4.27 billion yuan a year prior, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The mobile handset components maker's earnings per share were 1.56 yuan in the year, down from 1.89 yuan in the prior-year period.

Revenue rose 1.2% to 179.5 billion yuan from 177.3 billion yuan previously.

The lower profit was mainly due to a shift in the product sales mix toward products with lower gross profit margins.
