Nanfang Communication (HKG:1617) expects a profit and total comprehensive income of between 28 million yuan and 31 million yuan for 2025, down from 39.9 million yuan a year prior, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the fiber optic cable maker were down 2% in Wednesday afternoon trading.
The firm's forecast was attributed to reduced government grants and the acknowledgment of higher property depreciation after the construction project concluded.
