TAIPEI, March 25 (Reuters) - Nanya Technology 2408.TW:

  • WILL SELL 138.685 MLN SHARES TO SANDISK TECHNOLOGY VIA PRIVATE PLACEMENT

  • WILL SELL 71.393 MLN SHARES TO SOLIDIGM, 71.5 MLN SHARES TO CISCO SYSTEMS CSCO.O VIA PRIVATE PLACEMENT

  • WILL SELL 70 MLN SHARES TO KIOXIA HOLDINGS 285A.T VIA PRIVATE PLACEMENT

  • THESE SHARES WILL BE SOLD AT T$223.9 PER SHARE

  • PROCEEDS FROM THE SHARE SALES WOULD BE USED FOR INVESTMENTS IN ADVANCED MEMORY MANUFACTURING AND EQUIPMENTS
