Trump on War and Stock Markets: 'I thought We Were Going to Go Down More' -- WSJ

President Trump said on Friday that he had expected the war in Iran to cause a bigger hit to stock markets.

"I thought we were going to go down more," he said. He added, "and I thought oil prices were going to go up higher." The S&P 500 is down for a fifth straight week to its lowest levels since August.

Trump made the comments at the FII Priority Summit in Miami Beach, while discussing the war, now nearing the month mark.
