Beijing Jingneng Clean Energy (HKG:0579) booked 2.95 billion yuan in attributable profit for 2025, falling 9.2% from 3.25 billion yuan in 2024, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.
Earnings per share were 0.3575 yuan, compared with 0.3936 yuan in the prior year.
Revenue rose 1.5% year on year to 20.88 billion yuan, figures showed.
The company recommended a final dividend of 0.1377 yuan per share and a one-off special dividend of 0.0423 yuan per share, scheduled for payment July 29 to shareholders of record on July 2.
