China Life Insurance (SHA:601628) signed a new three-year framework agreement for routine related-party transactions with Wonders Information.
The deal covers collaboration in basic technology, digital operations, medical insurance, customer resources and health management, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The agreement is effective May 1, 2026, until April 30, 2029. Annual transaction caps total 13.5 billion yuan in the first year, rising to 14.5 billion yuan in the second year and 15 billion by the third year.
Shares of the company were down 6% in recent trade.
