Amazon-backed (AMZN) Anthropic is considering an initial public offering as early as October, news outlets reported, citing unnaed people familiar with the matter.
Investment banks expect to raise more than more than $60 billion in the offering, The Information reported.
The report also described pressure to go public ahead of rival Microsoft-backed (MSFT) OpenAI.
Anthropic did not immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comment.
