China Resources Gas' (HKG:1193) profit attributable to owners of the company fell 13% to HK$3.55 billion for 2025, from HK$4.09 billion a year earlier, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Earnings per share came in at HK$1.55, compared with HK$1.80 a year earlier.
Revenue fell 4.8% to HK$97.7 billion from HK$102.7 billion.
The board recommended a final dividend of HK$0.65 per share, bringing the total dividend for the year to HK$0.95 per share, subject to shareholder approval, with payment expected on July 21 to shareholders on record as of June 4.
