Burford Capital (BUR), which backed and funded litigation against Argentina over its nationalization of YPF, tumbled 41% after a US appeals court reversed a ruling ordering the country to pay $16.1 billion to former shareholders of the oil company, according to media reports.

Intraday trading volume surged to over 28.2 million shares from a daily average of about 1.85 million.

Zenas BioPharma (ZBIO) priced a $200 million offering of 2.50% convertible senior notes due 2032 and a separate equity offering of 5 million shares at $20 per share.

Shares dropped 18%, with more than 1.95 million shares traded intraday versus a daily average of roughly 894,000.

Norwegian Cruise Line (NCLH) said Friday it has entered into a cooperation agreement with activist investor Elliott Investment Management and has appointed new members to its board.

Shares dropped 7%, with intraday trading volume of over 14.4 million, versus a daily average of about 21.3 million.
