Rumble appointed Mike Masci as its new chief financial officer, succeeding Brandon Alexandroff.

The live-streaming platform said Alexandroff would transition to serving as a strategic adviser to Chief Executive Officer Chris Pavlovski.

The appointments are effective March 31.

Masci most recently served as vice president of product management for Intel's edge computing group, Rumble said.

"The combination of Mike's deep financial and AI industry experience at Intel makes him exceptionally well-suited to support Rumble's next phase of growth as we continue to scale our platform and cloud services and look forward to the AI infrastructure opportunities presented by our pending acquisition of Northern Data," Pavlovski said.
