K. Wah International Swings to Loss in 2025 as Revenue Plummets

K. Wah International (HKG:0173) posted a loss attributable to equity holders of the company of HK$869.3 million for 2025, compared with a profit of HK$335.1 million a year earlier, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Loss per share came in at HK$0.2757, compared with earnings per share of HK$0.1063 a year earlier.

Revenue fell to HK$1.99 billion from HK$7.19 billion in 2024.

The board recommended a final dividend of HK$0.01 per share, subject to shareholder approval, with payment expected on July 31 to shareholders on record as of June 30.
