FirstRand overhauls banking structure, names new FNB CEO

JOHANNESBURG, March 30 (Reuters) - South Africa's FirstRand FSRJ.J said on Monday it will overhaul parts of its operating model within its banking portfolio, triggering several senior leadership changes including the early retirement of First National Bank CEO Harry Kellan at the end of 2026.

The group said most of the changes affect FNB, its banking unit which is the country's second biggest bank, and are meant to simplify its segment model.
