RCI Hospitality (RICK) said late Monday the company received a Nasdaq letter offering it an extension to file its form 10-Q for Q1 ended Dec. 31, 2025.
The company said it has submitted its plan to regain compliance with listing rules to Nasdaq. It has until June 29 to file and comply with the listing standards, according to a statement.
