Caliber Says Investor Exercises Right to Convert $15.9 Million Preferred Equity to Common Shares

Caliber (CWD) said late Monday that an institutional investor elected to convert about $15.9 million of convertible preferred equity into common shares.

The conversion right was exercised at a price of $250 per share, resulting in the issuance of 63,472 common shares, the company said.
