0827 GMT - China Mengniu Dairy appears on track for an operational turnaround in 2026, say CGS International analysts in a note. The dairy producer's revenue and earnings are likely to normalize this year, with the company noting that its sales across certain categories have risen in 1Q, the analysts say. Raw milk prices are also showing early signs of stabilizing, which should support China Mengniu's operating profit margin this year, the analysts say. Still, they cut their 2026-2027 earnings per share estimates by 4.4%-4.8% to reflect higher marketing investment for the company's top line growth. CGSI retains its add rating and HK$19.70 target price, citing sustained margin expansion in the medium term. Shares closed 0.9% higher at HK$17.34. (megan.cheah@wsj.com)
