UMC Electronics Meets Listing Criteria, Pursues Market Shift

UMC Electronics (TYO:6615) said it has regained compliance with Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market listing standards after its average daily trading value reached 39 million yen in 2025, according to a Tuesday filing on the local bourse.

The company had previously fallen short on market capitalization of tradable shares and trading value. UMC also said it is proceeding with an application to shift to the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market and will disclose updates as needed.
