CIG Shanghai (HKG:6166, SHA:603083) booked 263.5 million yuan in attributable profit for 2025, rising 58% from 166.7 million yuan in 2024, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.
Earnings per share were 0.94 yuan, compared with 0.62 yuan in the prior year.
Operating revenue rose 32% year on year to 4.82 billion yuan, figures showed.
The company also proposed a dividend of 0.28 yuan per share for the year, payable by June 26.
