KLN Logistics Group (HKG:0636) recorded a decline in attributable profit in 2025 to HK$1.41 billion from HK$1.54 billion a year prior, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The logistics company's earnings per share from continuing operations stood at HK$0.78, up from HK$0.73 in the previous fiscal year.
Revenue slipped 3% to HK$56.3 billion from HK$58.3 billion in the year-ago period.
The firm proposed a final dividend of HK$0.16 per share, payable on or around June 8 to shareholders of record on May 28, subject to shareholder approval.
