FourSemi Semiconductor Nets HK$423 Million From Hong Kong IPO Ahead of Debut

Shanghai FourSemi Semiconductor (HKG:3625) raised HK$422.7 million in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong.

The final offer price was set at HK$40.00 per H-share, the bottom of the offer price range, according to a Monday after-market filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The Chinese semiconductor company offered 12 million H-shares in the global offering.

The Hong Kong public offer was 3,118.43 times subscribed, with a final allocation of 2.4 million shares, representing 20% of the total offering.

The international offering was 2.93 times subscribed, with a final allocation of 9.6 million shares, or 80% of the total offering.

Shanghai FourSemi Semiconductor is scheduled to debut on the Hong Kong bourse on Tuesday, March 31.
