Norwegian Cruise Line Hoping For Project Payoffs -- Market Talk

Dow Jones03-30

0934 ET - The recent pullback in shares of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings makes the stock more attractive, but the impact of improved execution still needs to be seen, says Morgan Stanley in a note. The company's renovation at its Great Stirrup Cay destination is still a ways away from being completed. The pier will be closed in April through most of the summer and the water park is only likely to open in the very late summer, making contributions this year minimal. However, once the destination is in full operation, it should drive significant upside to yields with proper execution across marketing and revenue management, the analysts say.(nicholas.miller@wsj.com)
