Samsung FN REIT (KS:448730) declared a cash dividend of 6.25 billion won, payable to shareholders as of the record date of Jan. 31, according to a Tuesday filing with the Korea Exchange.
The dividend is expected to be paid within a month of the date of the annual general shareholders' meeting, which is scheduled to take place on April 17.
