Yadea Group's (HKG:1585) profit attributable to owners of the company rose 129% to 2.91 billion yuan for 2025, from 1.27 billion yuan a year earlier, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Earnings per share at the new energy company came in at 0.955 yuan, compared with 0.421 yuan.
Revenue rose 31% to 37 billion yuan from 28.2 billion yuan in 2024.
The board recommended a final dividend of HK$0.53 per share, subject to shareholder approval, with payment expected on July 16 to shareholders on record as of June 30.
Shares of the company climbed nearly 6% in late-morning trade Monday.
